The Port of Warden has the following properties available for commercial and/or industrial development:
Industrial Park #3: 31 Acres for sale or lease
Industrial Park #4: Currently Leased
Industrial Park #5: 150 acres for sale or lease. Port received grant funds to construct additional rail tracks in Industrial Park #5.
Warden Airport: is located in Industrial Park #5. However, all hangars are presently rented.
Agricultural Ground: 48 acres under center pivot irrigation In April of 2018, a new center pivot was added to serve the 46 acre rill irrigated ground.
